Enjoy free shipping on every order before taxes and after discounts, unless otherwise stated at checkout. All orders are processed and shipped through our fulfillment facilities. During holidays, promotional periods or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer than usual. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are normally processed within 3-10 business days from the date the order is placed and are shipped once processing is complete. We do not normally process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled. If you need to change your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes to the shipping address or delivery information can be made.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After placing your order, please allow the processing time stated above. Once your order has been processed, transit time will depend on your location and the shipping method available at checkout. The following are estimated delivery times:

• USA: 5-8 business days
• Canada: 5-14 business days
• UK: 5-8 business days
• EU: 5-8 business days
• Australia / N. Zealand: 6-12 business days
• UAE: 5-10 business days
• Central America: 10-18 business days
• Other countries: 10-18 business days

The delivery times above are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Transit times may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, periods of high demand or other logistical issues. In exceptional circumstances, an order may take longer than usual and delivery may be delayed by up to 40 business days. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, customs fees or other import charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. Eligible subscription orders receive free shipping in accordance with the terms displayed at checkout. Free shipping on a subscription does not necessarily apply to separate one-time purchases made independently.
Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number when available so you can monitor the status and progress of your delivery.
